All Back In THE BRONX products are guaranteed. If they do not meet your satisfaction for any reason, you may return your purchase for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please refer to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy for details and instructions on returning an item for refund.
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Back In THE BRONX will issue a full refund, less shipping costs, for items returned in new condition within 60 days of the shipment date. IMPORTANT: All returns to Back In THE BRONX must include either the original receipt or a gift receipt.
We are unable to exchange items. In order to exchange an item, we suggest returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you want.

Cancelling your Subscription
In order to cancel your subscription to Back In THE BRONX magazine: Contact Customer Support by phone at 800-727-6695 or by email at info@backinthebronx.com and request to cancel. Have your account number and email address ready or included in your email. Once your account has been cancelled, we will send you a confirmation email.
IMPORTANT: You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the quarterly period in which you cancel, i.e., if you cancel your subscription in the summer, you are responsible for summer edition fees. Your subscription for that period remains active and fully functional until the end of that period. After the end of the quarter, your account will cease to work and you will not be charged again. It is not necessary to wait until the last day of the quarter to cancel your subscription.
Out of Stock Policy
Though rare, our inventory can fluctuate through depletion of stock, so an item indicated as in stock when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock.
In this event, we will make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on back order or cannot be fulfilled. The email will also provide you with information if and when the item will be restocked and on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.
Out of stock items are removed from our shopping cart pages as soon as possible, so we recommend placing an order immediately to avoid losing the opportunity in the future.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with Back In THE BRONX, you must contact customer support by email (info@backinthebronx.com) or by phone (800-727-6695).
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (less shipping costs).
Shipping Policy
All items are shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Items ordered after 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped on the following business day.
A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. This email will not only confirm that the item has left our warehouse, but will also provide the UPS tracking number for your item along with an estimated delivery date (according to UPS, and based on the shipping method you selected).
